FR Sistemi volumetric dosing systems are available for continuous or discontinuous (batch) dosing. Continuous dosing allows powders and granules to be dispensed through a hopper in the desired quantity/time unit (e.g., kg/h). Discontinuous (batch) dosing
is achieved by varying the material dispensing speed . This speed is controlled by gearmotors that act on the speed of the mechanical spiral, which determines the variation in the desired dispensing flow rate.
FR Sistemi's gravimetric dosing systems allow for highly precise dosing of the various components of the final mix and are available for continuous or discontinuous (batch) dosing.
The powders, loaded into a hopper, are weighed by a dynamic scale that continuously measures the product's weight. The microprocessor located in the control panel manages the spiral's rotation speed, allowing for extremely precise filling of the containers that will hold the material.
