FR Sistemi mixers are produced in two versions:
- continuous cycle mixers , which are divided into dosing hopper or paddle mixers
- discontinuous mixers , which are produced in horizontal or vertical versions

The right shape for performance
Our dosing hoppers come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and discharge systems, depending on the material they contain and their specific use.
Discharge systems are varied and adaptable to any operational requirement: we typically choose automatic discharge systems for our hoppers to maximize system and process automation. For materials that clump easily or have a sticky effect, the hoppers can be equipped with systems such as vibrators or vibrating membranes to facilitate product discharge.
Paddle mixers
The most precise flow control ever.
Paddle mixers are the ideal solution when very accurate mixing is required, especially when the grain sizes of the mix components differ between the individual materials being processed. Operation is practical and effective: the dynamic and adjustable rotating paddles can increase or decrease the material's passage time inside the mixer as needed, allowing the desired hourly flow rate to be achieved with extreme precision.
